How do I pay for my cell phone rental?
The payment is by credit card. (Through PayPal. You DO NOT need a Paypal account.) in JPY.
--Sorry, no other payment options. Please support us to keep our low price.

When will I be charged?
Payment before shipping: the rental fee will be paid through paypal (no need for a paypal account).
Payment after rental: damage/loss fee(if any)
No extra charges.

What happens if I cancel?
If the rental cell phone is not yet mailed out, you are not liable for any charges. If the rental cell phone has already been mailed out, you are liable for the minimum rental charge of 2,900 yen.
Once the contract has started, there will be no refund made.

Where do I pick up the phone?
You will receive your cell phone at your requested address (inside Japan only).

How to re-charge the battery?
Very simple with the battery charger provided. Please read instructions.

How much for receiving calls?
Receiving calls are completely FREE OF CHARGE.

Can I send/receive international text?
Japanese cell phones are not designed to "text" messages(cell phones in western countries exchange "text" using phone number).
However, Japanese cell phones are each assigned with an email account. You can send/receive emails freely.

What is a prepaid phone card? And where can I purchase one?
You may purchase from us, or from almost all major convenience stores in Japan.
If you decide not to purchase a prepaid calling card, you can still receive calls and send/receive emails with the basic rental fee.
Prepaid phone card is product of Softbank; Neither Softbank nor Mobile Phone Japan is liable for the refund of a purchased prepaid phone card.
With the prepaid card system, you do not need to worry about over-using your phone.
