Mobile Phone Japan Customer Agreement:
billing:
1. Rental charge + 20,000yen prepaid balance will be charged on your credit
card before the Mobile Phone Japan sends you a phone.
*If there is no credit card authorization, no phone will be sent and this
agreement will be voided.
2. Once the phone has been returned to the Mobile Phone Japan, Mobile Phone
Japan will charge you for extra days, calling charge and loss/damage fee(if
any).
Then the Mobile Phone Japan will return to you the remaining balance from
your prepaid units.
*The date of the postmark on the return envelope will be judged to indicate
the actual date of return.
Loss and damage
policy:
1. If the phone is returned to the Mobile Phone Japan in damaged condition,
the customer will be liable for the cost of repair of up to Yen 10,000.
*Please be VERY
careful with water. Cell phones are
extremely vulnerable to water. Once a
phone is damaged by water, the phone will mark itself as damaged and the cell
phone company will find out about it 100 percent. We thank you in advance for using the phone
with good care.
2. If the phone is not returned to the Mobile Phone Japan within one week
of the rental end date and the customer does not contact Mobile Phone Japan,
Mobile Phone Japan will recognize the phone as lost. Then, the customer is liable for the full calling credit balance of the
rented phone, the rental fee, plus up to Yen 15,000 for the lost phone.(Please
do not loose the phone.)
Liability policy:
In all cases, the
maximum liability that Mobile Phone Japan shall be held to is the refund of the
rental charge.
*ex. The Mobile Phone Japan will not be held liable for any extra cost caused
by poor reception of the phone.
