If the phone is not returned to the Mobile Phone Japan within one week of the rental end date and the customer does not contact Mobile Phone Japan, Mobile Phone Japan will recognize the phone as lost.  Then, the customer is liable for the full calling credit balance of the rented phone, the rental fee, plus up to Yen 15,000 for the lost phone.(Please do not loose the phone.) Liability policy: In all cases, the maximum liability that Mobile Phone Japan shall be held to is the refund of the rental charge. *ex.
