- How do I pay for my cell phone rental?
The payment is by credit card in JPY. --Sorry, no other payment options.
- When will I be charged?
- The first payment (the minumun phone rental charge + shipping and handling
fee) will be charged on your credit card when we send out the phone. The
second payment ( the phone bill, damage if any, etc. ) will be charged
on your credit card when we receive back the phone.
- What happens if I cancel?
If the cell phone was not yet mailed out, you are not liable for any charges.
If the rental cell phone has already been mailed out, you are liable for
the minimum rental charge plus 1,000yen delivery charge.
- When can I order to reserve my phone?
We accept reservations from one month prior to the delivery date and up
to two days prior to the delivery date.
- Where do I pick up the phone?
You will receive your cell phone at your requested address (inside
Japan only).
- How to re-charge the battery?
Very simple with the battery charger provided. Please read instructions.
- How much for receiving calls?
Receiving calls are completely FREE OF CHARGE.
